Therapy

Individual counselling to help bring clarity and confidence into your life and elevate your overall well-being. In using a client-centered approach, I am able to meet you where you are at. I am trained in the following therapy modalities: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and OEI.
