Therapy can feel daunting and overwhelming but can be beneficial in bringing clarity and confidence into your life to help elevate your overall well-being. I have experience providing therapy to adults and youth. I value working collaboratively in your journey of change. My role is to create a safe and non-judgemental space, where you can share and feel heard.

Approach

In using a client-centered approach, I am able to meet you where you are at. I am trained in the following therapy modalities:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Solution-Focused Therapy
  • Observational Experiential Integration (OEI)

Fees

  • 50-minute Individual Counselling session $150 +GST
  • 50-minute Couples Counselling Session $180  +GST
  • Please note that payment is due prior to your session and can be done via e-transfer. You will be provided with a receipt for insurance submission (for Registered Clinical Counsellor)
